Who We Are

DeBruler, Inc. is led by Wanda and Byron DeBruler.

Wanda’s experience is grounded in her work for the Oklahoma Association of Community Action Agencies, Oklahoma Department of Commerce and with federal agencies, including the  U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. She has helped establish new social service programs and enhanced established ones.  Wanda continues this work as a board member on the Oklahoma Council on Economic Education and the State Weatherization Policy Advisory Council. Appointed by Oklahoma Governor Brad Henry, she previously served as a Commissioner for the Department of Consumer Credit. 

Byron’s experience is based on his service to the Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency, Oklahoma Department of Commerce and the City of Oklahoma City where he drafted new legislation and redesigned how state, city and private entities work together to develop housing and other necessary services for those who need it most. He continues to provide packaging services for federal and state programs such as the Home Investment Partnership, Rural Development Housing Preservation, Housing Trust Fund, Community Development Block Grant and Section 42 Low Income Housing Tax Credits. He is a nationally recognized and sought-after trainer.
